Pharos is Online
The 12 Pillars. The data that matters most, updated daily.
The Lighthouse Macro terminal is live for paid subscribers: The Watch, all twelve pillars, our proprietary series with the reads spelled out. Computed off the database we run the book from. Updated daily.
Two weeks ago we said we were building Pharos behind the site. Tonight the doors open.
Every paid subscriber can now sign in at Pharos with the email on their subscription. No password, no setup. Inside: The Watch, the cover page where the whole framework stands right now, and a full page for each of the twelve pillars. Regime verdicts, the proprietary series with thresholds marked and explained, the nowcasts with their out-of-sample records printed next to them, and a tear sheet for every indicator written so you do not need a stats degree to read it.
Everything is computed from the same database we run the book from, and it rebuilds every morning after the data lands. What you see is what we see.
Alongside those sit the asset class boards for market participants and the Main Street monitors for business operators, who still need to read the ebbs and flows of the cycle. Not everyone will need every monitor.
We said after the July 4th sale that $500 was the floor, and we meant it. The next ten subscribers are the last in at that number, and after them it steps up. Every subscription includes Pharos.
We are also opening our latest long-form piece to everyone for the next week.
Two-Speed Everywhere
Every calm headline has a fast engine and a stalling one underneath. Three of the gaps are now deep in their historical tails, and one regime holds them open.
